We have learned that persons who are searching for programs and services for people with disabilities often are told of only one or two providers at a time. In an effort to increase options, choices, and access to information, we have requested from the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) a list of all Regional Center vendors. Our main database now contains information they have provided us in the following categories: camping services, infant development programs, social recreation programs, behavior management programs, adult development programs, and activity centers. As DDS provides us information in other categories, it will be included as well.
