In the ELEMENTARY Level the children have creative movement/dance, creative dramatics/drama, percussion, singing, and visual arts every day - we use a central theme or concept to inspire creativity in each of the arts disciplines. The focus is on process, as opposed to product - the children will get basic skills and techniques in each of the arts as well as using the theme to develop their imagination and creativity. The children swim at the Attleboro High School pool and sometimes the group goes to Capron Park to play and see the animals. There is a morning and afternoon snack time. The large group is divided into smaller groups and the children rotate through the different arts - they come together for snack and lunch and large group activities. We get reports from parents all the time that their children are up and dressed every day of the program before any one else is awake!
